Topic Work - Comparative Study - Scotland / Africa
To support our Africa study, we would like to construct an African hut. You need to sketch out a hut design and show on the design what materials you would use to make it; for example how would you make the walls and roof, how would you make the walls 'appear' to be made from mud. Remember, to try and use resources already in school and / or recycled material. Have a look at some African huts to get some ideas.
