(or you can use the link -

Carry a Poem
During February 2010, Edinburgh citizens are being encouraged to 'carry a poem' as part of the UNESCO City of Literature celebrations.
Details on the event may be found at http://www.carryapoem.com
You are to research and find a poem which is special to you. You then need to find a way to carry it, maybe on paper, in digital/text form on your phone or audio on your ipod.
Look at http://carryapoem.com/how-do-you-carry-yours/ for some ideas.
You will be expected to read your poem to the class and tell everyone why you selected the poem - why is it special?
(Note P7a, took home a leaflet on this event prior to the half term holiday).
