Reading: 

During the final term in P7 you will be reading a book selected by yourself, where you will be provided with the opportunity to report back to others in the class on your personal experiences.  

P7C

On going reading throughout the week, following your own literacy plan created for your own personal book study.

Remember, you will need to be ready to report back to a selection of the class on what you have discovered/analysed about your book. 

P7H - Your task this week

• Plan your book over a 6 week period
• Make a prediction based on the 'blurb' and front cover
• Create your own front cover

Enterprise - Bake Sale

You have been absolute stars in deciding that you would like to raise money via a bake sale towards helping less privileged children in the world. In order to support this project you will need to:

• plan the items you want to bring to the sale
• source the items 
• make sure they are available for the sale on 19th April

P7 Show
Auditions for the P7 show will start next week on Tuesday 16th April. It is important that you have prepared yourself for the audition, be it:

• knowing some of the script by heart
• knowing a song
• having created a movement routine 

Over the coming weeks this part of the homework will focus on learning your words - either for a part or the lyrics to a song.

P7 - Wed 13 March 2013

Due to a significant number of pupils being involved in the dance show this week, homework has been adjusted to reflect the reduced time available for homework.

You will be expected to:

• Complete reading tasks
• Finish all maths tasks
• Complete your biography and present it in class.

Reading
P7C
You should read regularly, following the plan agreed by your Literature Circle Group.

You are to read the agreed number of chapters and be prepared to report back to the group following the format discussed in class whilst undertaking the role agreed by your group.

In addition everyone should be prepared to share any words they have found which are either unusual or you do not understand.

You MUST also provide a weekly prediction of what you think will happen next. Remember you must provide your group with information from the text which supports your prediction. (You are able to explain why you think your prediction will occur).

REMEMBER - you will be reporting back to your group on TUESDAY12th March.

Many of you often create electronic files to support your homework.

To save bringing the file into school on a FlashDrive - USB Stick, you can now upload it into the P7 DropBox area.

 After entering the password, (which you have been told in class) you can browse your computer to find the file you want to upload
